The production process begins with fermentation, where these organic grains are transformed into sugar and subsequently converted into alcohol using traditional methods. Our master distillers carefully monitor each step to ensure that the fermentation is not only effective but also enhances the natural flavors of the grains.
After fermentation, the resulting liquid undergoes distillation in copper pot stills, a method that allows for precision and refinement. This artisanal approach captures the essence of the organic ingredients while filtering out impurities. Our vodka is distilled multiple times to achieve a level of smoothness and clarity that is characteristic of high-quality spirits.
Following distillation, we incorporate a meticulous filtration process that utilizes charcoal, further purifying the vodka and imparting a silky mouthfeel. Finally, the vodka is blended with ultra-purified water, sourced from pristine aquifers, to achieve the perfect balance.
